Vendor is solely responsible for the set-up and removal of booth during designated times. Vendors may set-up no earlier than 7:00 am and no later than 7:45 am. Late arrivals will not be allowed to setup and will forfeit registration fees. Vendor must be open and ready to sell at 8:00 am. Selling spaces are 10’ x 10’, and Vendor must supply its own tent, tables, chairs, and any other supplies it may require. Electricity is available on a first come first serve basis; meaning, it is limited to vendors who submit their application and registration fees first. Registration fees will not be reimbursed.
The Association reserves the right to refuse participation to any Vendor and reserves the right to remove any Vendor from any Autumn Trails event for unsafe conduct, failure to comply with rules or applicable laws, for health and safety concerns, behavior, or activity deemed detrimental to the Autumn Trails event. Vendor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, permits, licenses, and regulations. The Association shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, interruption of operations, utility failures, acts of third parties, event cancellation, or any consequential damages of Vendor. The Association reserves the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify the event due to any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In consideration of my acceptance of this application, I hereby, for myself, my heirs and assigns, my executors and administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the Association, sponsors, coordinating groups, and any individuals associated with this event, their representative successors and assigns for any and all injuries, damages, theft or losses of any kind suffered by me or inflicted upon my property in connection
