55th Winnsboro Autumn Trails Festival

Winnsboro's month-long Autumn Trails Festival in October is one of the most beautiful and popular festivals in the fall. Every weekend of the month is filled with special events and activities.

Autumn Trails started 55 years ago when 20 friends decided to take an early morning ride on horseback to admire fall colors.

Come and join the ride or just enjoy the sites as a parade of horses, buggies and wagons ride through the beautiful countryside.  It takes place on October 20, 2013

The celebration includes arts and crafts, sanctioned BBQ cook-off, and sidewalk sales.

The Antique Car Parade and Competition, October 26, is another major event during Autumn Trails which attracts over 400 cars and carlovers.

For information, call the Autumn Trails Association at 903-342-1958.

Downtown Winnsboro offers great shopping and dining opportunities.  You will find antiques, art, colelctibles, clothing and much more.
